Tasting
Still wine 100% Pinot Noir. Intense notes of red fruits on the nose, redcurrant and cherry, with a light spicy touch of white pepper. On the palate, the attack is ample then evolves elegantly onto fresh and round tannins. The aromatic finish is smooth and supple. Perfect with a cheese platter, especially Chaource.
