Tasting
- Appearance: pale yellow with matte gold reflections, fine, persistent streams of bubbles
- Nose : open and lively, with notes of white fruits, peach, pear, enriched with aromas of pastries, honey, candied fruits.
- Palate: ample and generous attack on the palate; generous notes of fruit jellies, apricot, peach.
- Finish: slightly spicy, with good length.
