Tasting
- Appearance: golden with luminous reflections, limpid, brilliant; fine and airy bubbles.
- Nose : fresh and pleasant, it expresses beautiful aromas of citrus fruits, lemon and yellow grapefruit, white-fleshed fruits, pear.
- Palate: full and slightly creamy attack; a very pleasant roundness developing the notes perceived on the nose with a biscuity touch.
- Finish: chiseled with persistent aromas of lemon zest.
