Finesse and Elegance Fresh expressing aromas of candied white fruits and lemon, accompanied by a note of white flower and a gentle minerality, with a touch of roasting on the finish.

Technical details

  • Grape varieties: 100% Chardonnay from a very old vine aged 30 years, ideally facing south
  • Vinification: Thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks and ageing in oak barrels for 6 months
  • Cellar ageing: 5 years minimum
  • Disgorgement: 6 months minimum before marketing
  • Alcohol: 12% Vol
  • Dosage: 6g/L
  • Available formats: Bottle (0.75 L) and Magnum (1.5L)

Tasting

  • Appearance: deep yellow with regular and persistent bubbles.
  • Nose : refined with aromas of candied white fruits, pear, yellow peach, Mirabelle plum combined with touches of candied citrus fruits, lemon and pink grapefruit. It also reveals notes of white flowers, hawthorn, vanilla and coffee.
  • Palate: lively and fresh attack, then a gentle minerality and fruity notes perceived on the nose are expressed.
  • Finish: long, revealing a roasted note.
